About the Role

As a Care Assistant/Support Worker/Driver at HFH Healthcare, you will provide specialized care to clients with complex needs. Your role will involve supporting a 30-year-old male client with tracheostomy care, nebulisation, and PEG feeding, among other tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with medical procedures like tracheostomy care and catheter care.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.

Requirements

• Must be over 18 years old.
• Right to work in the UK is essential.
• Previous care experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Good standard of English for effective communication.
• Enhanced DBS check required upon registration.

Compensation

Hourly pay rates range from £12.80 to £17.93, with an average weekly earning of £500 to £555 based on a typical three-shift work pattern. Annual income can range from £26,200 to £28,950, inclusive of holiday pay.

Location & Schedule

Positions are available in the Abingdon area with flexible day and night shifts, including weekends.
