JOB DESCRIPTION
Care Assistant
The Care Assistant will assist in the provision of care to any service user formally referred to Crossroads by Social
Services and subsequent implementation of Personal Care Plan.
The post holder may be required to provide personal care, administer or assist with medication and serve meals.
