About the Role
A dedicated Care Co-ordinator is needed for a luxury care home in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey. This role involves ensuring high-quality care for residents, supervising staff, and maintaining a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain personal care of residents, promoting dignity and independence.
- Ensure consistent high-quality care services.
- Assist in managing the physical environment and daily activities.
- Oversee home operations in the absence of the Manager.
- Organize shifts, administer medication, and update care plans.
- Train and supervise support staff.
- Assist residents with mobility and personal equipment.
Requirements
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
- Experience supervising a care team.
- Empathy and understanding of residents' needs.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Positive, can-do attitude.

Compensation
The successful Care Co-ordinator will receive £15.00 per hour, totaling £28,080 annually.
Location & Schedule
This is a permanent full-time role for 36 hours a week on days.
