About the Role

A great opportunity exists with a vacancy arising for the role of Care Coordinator in The Richmond Integrated Recovery

Hub the We are open to applications from Occupational Therapists, Community Psychiatric Nurses or Social Workers. The

service offers support to adults aged 18-75 with a range of mental health conditions.

The successful applicant will have scope to develop as a Clinician, in a multi-disciplinary team. Care Coordinators

reports the Team Manager who reports to the Clinical Manager for Adult Community Services in the Borough of Richmond.
