About the Role

CAMEO operates across our Foundation Trust via two established bases in Cambridge and Peterborough.

This post will be located in the dynamic city of Cambridge in a dedicated Early Intervention Team. We are seeking to

recruit dynamic and enthusiastic Band 5 Preceptorship /Band 6 Care Coordinators: Nurses, Social Workers or Occupational

Therapists. The practitioner will provide specialist advice, assess, plan and implement care to a designated caseload

whilst working at all times to promote the safety and well-being of service users and their families/carers.
