About the Role

We are looking to recruit a Mental Health Practitioner /Care Coordinator to work in the Tameside and Glossop Early

Intervention Team.

TheEarly Intervention teamare a multi disciplinary team with staff from a range of professions including, mental health

nurses, CBT therapists and support workers. The team has a dedicated Consultant Psychiatrist.

You would be responsible for a defined caseload of individuals experiencing first episode psychosis as a care

coordinator / mental health keyworker within the team, as such you would work with individuals to meet their identified
