About the Role
Care Coordinator - Prestige Nursing & Care Blackpool
Full-time | Permanent | Monday to Friday (plus on-call rota)
Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle required
* Contract: 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 30 min unpaid lunch)
* Location: Prestige Nursing Blackpool
* On-Call - (1 weeknight + equivalent of 1 weekend in 4)
