About the Role

Responsible for the day to day operational management of Paediatric and Neonatal specialities within the Division of

Women’s, Children’s and Clinical Support Services. They will assist the Divisional Directors, Clinical Lead, Matron and

Divisional Director of Nursing in ensuring that the Division delivers its financial, activity, patient experience and

clinical and quality targets are achieved.

The role is accountable for the effective and efficient delivery of services, ensuring adherence to quality standards,
