About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Care Home Manager to oversee a high-quality residential care home in Hastings, East Sussex. You will lead a committed team, ensuring exceptional person-centered support for residents with learning disabilities and complex needs, while maintaining a friendly and loving environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage support for individuals with learning disabilities
- Ensure quality assurance in care delivery
- Lead and inspire your team effectively

- Develop services continually to meet needs
Requirements
- NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care
- Experience managing a Care/Nursing Home
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Understanding of person-centered care
- Ability to manage care and ancillary functions

Compensation
The successful Home Manager will receive a competitive salary of up to £48,386 per annum. This is a permanent full-time role requiring 40 hours of work per week.
Location & Schedule
This role is based in Hastings, East Sussex, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
