About the Role

A leading provider of specialist residential and nursing care is seeking an experienced Care Home Operations Manager to

oversee and support multiple homes across Glasgow and the surrounding areas.

In this role, you will provide inspirational leadership to care home teams, supporting General Managers and Deputy

Managers to deliver high standards of person-centred care.

You will identify areas for improvement, implement action plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while

fostering a culture of excellence across all homes in your region.
