About the Role

Active Care Group's Care in the Home division continues to go from strength to strength ensuring we provide a safe,
reliable and outcome-based care to all clients by our exceptional support workers, clinicians, and management team.
We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Care Manager with NVQ 4 or above in Health and Social Care to join our
friendly and supportive team on a Fixed Term Contract from May 2026 initially for 9 to 12 months maternity cover.
