About the Role
To be the primary contact for patients To ensure patients attend appointments when called by the GP/Nurse To treat
patients at all times in a courteous and helpful manner, dealing with queries and providing assistance as required
Ensure reception area is clean and tidy and equipment is working to maintain a professional image. To answer the
telephone and make required calls in a polite and professional manner Process online triage requests as per policy Book
patient appointments as required and communicate these to patients either electronically, over the telephone or in
