knowledge of local services. Managing appointments via our computerised system, ensuring efficient scheduling with

doctors, nurses, and other staff. Handling patient queries, prescription requests, test results, and other

health-related enquiries with tact, accuracy, and confidentiality. Supporting clinical teams with administrative duties,
