Receptionist, you will act as the first point of contact for patients, both in person and over the telephone. Your role
is essential in ensuring all enquiries are handled promptly, professionally, and with compassion. You will support
patients by: Receiving and responding to incoming calls and facetoface enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
Signposting patients to the most appropriate clinician, service, or resource based on their needs. Assisting patients
with completing online triage forms when support is needed. Managing and processing the online triage inbox, ensuring
