Are you an experienced Senior Care Assistant ready to take the next step into leadership? We’re looking for a dedicated
Night Care Manager to join our team at Thornton. This is one of two Night Care Manager roles, working back-to-back to
provide consistent leadership and support across all seven nights. Each manager works three night shifts per week as one
of four Senior Care Assistants on duty, plus one supernumerary shift every fortnight focused on management
