About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic motivated midwife who has a passion foe woman centred care and who can provide on a

daily basis effective management of flow through the maternity unit resulting in high standards of midwifery care,

reduction in length of stay and will be responsive to individualised needs and increasing client satisfaction.

Daily you will be proactive in reviewing the capacity within the unit and supporting the midwives in effective and

efficient discharge of woman from the unit especially the postnatal ward to avoid bed blockages. The successful

candidate will work closely with midwives, ward managers, coordinators, and Matrons to achieve successful flow through
