About the Role
* To undertake a wide range of duties in support of the Team Leader in a given work area, which will ensure that a high
standard of care is received by all residents at all times.
* To only undertake delegated duties, which are within, assessed competencies for the Care Practitioner Framework
* To undertake clinical tasks such as physical observations, urinalysis, skin inspection, aseptic technique including
simple wound dressings, blood glucose monitoring, gastrostomy care and administration of gastrostomy tube feeding
* To recognise and act on changes in residents conditions, including changes in physical and emotional health
