About the Role

First City Group are looking for compassionate and reliable Care Support Workers to join our team in Swindon and the

surrounding areas. This role involves supporting adults with a range of needs, to live independently and confidently in

their own homes and communities.

This role differs slightly from traditional domiciliary care, your key responsibilities include:

* Providing domestic support, including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and light household tasks

* Offering carer relief (respite support) to family members and informal carers
