About the Role

Join Care South as a Care Team Leader at Marjorie House, a new specialist dementia and residential care home in Poole. You will lead a dedicated team to provide high-quality care, ensuring residents feel at home in a safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage quality care delivery.
• Support and guide your team throughout shifts.
• Administer medication to residents.
• Liaise with medical professionals and families.
• Ensure care meets Care South standards.

Requirements

• NVQ3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Competent in medication administration.
• Natural leadership skills in care settings.
• Ability to inspire and nurture your team.

Compensation

Pay rate is £15.35 per hour, with full-time or part-time hours available.

Location & Schedule

Located at Marjorie House, Poole, BH14 8LT. Alternate weekend working required.
