About the Role

As a Care Team Leader at Kathryn Homes, you will ensure high-quality, person-centred care for residents while leading a team of Care Assistants. Your role involves maintaining care standards, accurate record-keeping, and effective communication. You will also support the Home Manager and provide essential care to residents, including medication management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Care Assistants to uphold care standards.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively.
• Support the Home Manager in daily operations.
• Provide physical, social, and emotional care to residents.
• Manage medication and conduct audits.

Requirements

• Experience in person-centred care planning.
• Expertise in dementia care is essential.
• Proven leadership experience in care settings.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Outstanding organizational abilities.
