About the Role
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Care Team Supervisor night duty to join the dedicated team
within a 36 bedded Residential Care Home in Hull.
The successful candidate will oversee the care team and ensure the safe delivery of care, support and medication and to
ensure the needs of all residents are met to a high standard during your shift. You will be supported by the Registered
Manager and duties will include
• Coaching and mentoring new and existing staff
