About the Role

SureCare Redbridge and Epping Forest are looking for an experienced and motivated Care Team Leader to support and

supervise our team of care assistants, providing domiciliary care to clients in their own homes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Care Assistant or experienced Care Worker looking to progress into a

leadership role within a supportive and growing care service.

This role involves supporting care staff in the community, ensuring high standards of care delivery and assisting the

office team with quality monitoring and staff support.
