About the Role
Responsible to: Care Team Leader Hours of Work: According to individual contract, with a requirement to work some
unsocial hours as needed including evenings, weekends and nights Place of Work: Martin House and in the Community
providing Hospice @ Home Overall Purpose of Role: To provide specialist paediatric and adult palliative nursing care, in
partnership with a multidisciplinary team, both within Martin House Hospice and in the community. Tasks and duties: To
provide high quality, clinically effective and evidenced based nursing care and practice in accordance with Martin
Houses policies and standard operating procedures. To provide holistic 1 to 1 care, including activities such as play
