About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join our dedicated team at Big Hearts Recruitment Ltd,

providing high-quality care and support to people in their own homes across Hampshire. Duties include assisting with

personal care, meal preparation, medication prompts, companionship, and light household tasks. You’ll help service users

maintain independence, dignity, and comfort at all times. Full training and ongoing support are provided, with

opportunities for career progression. Drivers are essential, and applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have

access to their own vehicle. Flexible shifts available, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
