About the Role

To supports residents with their daily living needs, helping to maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence.
To assist residents with personal care (such as washing, dressing, and eating), monitoring health and wellbeing,
recording observations, and providing emotional support.
To work closely with nurses and other staff to ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and person-centered care.
