About the Role

Reeson Education are recruiting for a dedicated and empathetic Careers Advisor to join a specialist SEN school in West

Drayton, supporting pupils within a PX (Pupil Referral/Pathways) provision. This is a rewarding opportunity to work

closely with young people who require tailored guidance, structure, and encouragement as they prepare for life beyond

education. The school in West Drayton supports students with a range of additional needs including SEMH, autism, and

behavioural challenges. Many pupils within the PX provision benefit from consistent mentoring and practical career

planning, and the successful Careers Advisor will play a vital role in helping them build confidence and realistic
