Carer Support Worker

About the Role

Carers Trust Tyne and Wear is a local charity providing Home and Community based support for unpaid Carers within the

Gateshead Area.

We work with clients' with a variety of illnesses. (i.e. Autism, Dementia, Parkinson's, MS)

We are looking for support staff who have experience and are confident working with Adults and Children who have

Physical Disabilities', Learning Disabilities, and Mental Health Issues.

Your Role would be to provide practical and personal support to Adults and Children with care needs, in their own homes
