About the Role
Great Oaks College is seeking a proactive Caretaker to ensure the safety, cleanliness, and security of our premises. This role involves minor repairs and fostering a positive environment for students with special educational needs. Experience in a similar role and an understanding of working with individuals with learning difficulties are essential.
Responsibilities
- Maintain safety and cleanliness of premises
- Carry out minor repairs as needed
- Support a positive environment for students
- Ensure security of the college facilities
- Assist with relocation to new sites

Compensation
Pay Scale: Inner London Pay Scale 4, ranging from £30,987 to £32,346 for full-time positions.
Location & Schedule
Positions available in Sunbury-on-Thames and Hounslow. 36 hours per week with two shifts: 7:30 am – 3:30 pm and 10:00 am – 6:00 pm.
