About the Role

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking to recruit a Team Leader for the Cash Operations Department

The Cash Operation Teams provide effective cash management for funds moving into and out of the Platform.

As a Team Leader you will manage and optimise workflows through the Cash Operation Teams as well as train, develop and

coach team members to deliver the highest standard of operational service. This role will also be the initial referral

point for all technical queries from within the team and other teams.
