residents, specialising in long-term conditions and end-of-life care. As an Nurse, you will work under the supervision

of a Nurse or other senior healthcare professionals, supporting the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to

residents with complex and long-term health conditions, as well as those requiring palliative and end-of-life care. The
