About the Role
An exciting opportunity for a Catering Manager has emerged at a leading care home in the Bristol area. You will oversee catering services, ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met while promoting health and wellbeing. This role is ideal for someone passionate about quality food service in a care environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage catering provision to deliver quality service
- Ensure residents' nutritional needs are met
- Supervise kitchen staff and maintain hygiene standards
- Implement HACCP principles in catering areas
- Delegate tasks effectively within the kitchen team
Requirements
- City and Guilds 1 or 2/NVQ Level 2 in Catering
- Experience in a care environment or restaurant/pub
- Understanding of national minimum standards for care catering
- Strong leadership and delegation skills

Compensation
The successful Catering Manager will receive a salary of £15.90 per hour, totaling £33,072 annually.
Location & Schedule
This is a permanent full-time role, working 40 hours per week in Bristol.
