Job Purpose: Provide day-to-day supervision of catering staff within the patient meals service, ensuring staff are
effectively deployed to meet service demands and patient requirements. Allocate duties and work schedules, monitor
performance, and provide guidance, support, and instruction to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to the
required standards. Ensure catering staff comply with all food hygiene, health and safety, and infection control
policies, taking prompt action to address any non-compliance. Conduct regular checks to ensure meals are prepared,
