Are you an experienced learning disability nurse looking for a new challenge within a progressive, experienced &
supportitive community learning disability team?
Your role will be to direct and lead the Learning Disability intensive support element of the LD team, ensuring it’s
work is needs led, evidence based and in line with current legislation, values and service principles providing clinical
expertise around challenging behaviour and autism whilst working within the context of a multi-professional framework.
