THE ROLE

Registered Nurse managing and delivering care to a defined caseload / group of clients / patients; responsible for

delivering / ensuring the application of the framework of the Nursing Process and use of case management as appropriate,

to ensure a high standard of quality client / patient care, working in partnership with other disciplines and agencies.
