Motivating, supporting and managing your team of nurses, you know what it takes to be a Charge Nurse. Someone who

listens, is aware of their whole team and service users, and makes sure the day-to-day running of the department is

smooth and positive. That's what the next Charge Nurse at The Farndon Unit will come in and do.
