Charge Nurse/Ward Sister
About the Role
The Older Peoples Inpatient Service provides inpatient care, assessment and treatment to service users living with
dementia and service users with functional mental health needs such as diagnosis of depression or psychosis. We aim to
provide effective person centered care to all service users and offer an individualized care plan that both aids in
recovery and promotes wellbeing. We also aim to work in partnership with service users to both maintain a persons skills
and personhood but also work in promoting coping strategies. You will provide strong leadership to your team on a day to
day basis, providing staff with monthly supervision, annual appraisal and offering expertise and support regarding
