About the Role
The Chemicals Occupational Health Adviser (OHA) will focus on case management and wellbeing initiatives. This newly created position offers an opportunity to establish a comprehensive wellbeing program within a respected organization in North Wales.
Responsibilities
- Manage casework and wellbeing programs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Advise and assess clinical practices
- Implement and evaluate care programs
- Support junior staff development and training
Requirements
- NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse
- Experience in occupational health settings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Full UK driving license

Compensation
Salary ranges from £32,000 to £47,500, depending on experience. Negotiable pay rate.
