responsibilities. Ensure all care is delivered in accordance with Trust and unit/ward policies. Participate in induction

and preceptorship programmes as required, following appropriate training. Maintain safe custody, administration and

documentation of medicines in line with Trust policy, cytotoxic medication guidelines, and NMC standards. Follow unit

protocols for managing cytotoxic drug extravasation and anaphylaxis when required. Inform the Unit/Ward Manager of any

issues that may impact the professional standard of patient care. Adhere to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct at all
