About the Role

Risks: The role involves a high amount of VDU work. Working with multiple teams to tight deadlines can mean role may be

challenging at times. Working closely with patients with life threatening illnesses can be stressful. Job Purpose:

Manage and schedule treatment appointments for the oncology/haematology patients in the day case units using the

chemotherapy e-prescribing system. Book outpatients appointments for patients attending the day case units Provide

administrative support to the unit managers and Lead Cancer Nurse when required. Support and cover for the other

Chemotherapy Schedulers during periods of annual leave and sickness. This will involve travelling to other sites to
