Chief Officer for cruise vessel Paspaley Pearl

About the Role

The Chief Officer is the second-in-command on the Paspaley Pearl, responsible for the vessel's maintenance, safety, and environmental protection in line with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of the vessel and crew.
• Monitor Deck department activities and maintenance programs.
• Oversee navigational operations and stability calculations.
• Implement security policies and conduct safety drills.
• Manage the budget for the Deck department.

Requirements

• Valid CoC A-II/2 and STCW certification.
• Extensive experience as a Staff Captain.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
• Good knowledge of AMOS and Microsoft Office.
