About the Role

To assist the trust in delivering its agenda by supporting the team leader to deliver a high quality service in their

areas of responsibility by providing an efficient and effective administrative service.

· Monitoring of quality and performance of staff, and processes, taking action to correct any lapse of standards, in

conjunction with the Team Leader

· Manage the daily allocations of workloads for staff.

· Ensuring that the needs of the service continue to be met in the absence of colleagues.
