About the Role

Join The Meadows - Cheeky Chimps Childcare as a Level 3 Childcare Apprentice. This role offers hands-on experience in a nurturing environment, supporting children's development through play and learning. Ideal for passionate individuals eager to grow in the childcare sector.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating a safe nurturing environment for children
• Support planning and evaluation of the EYFS curriculum
• Foster positive relationships with parents and guardians
• Observe and assess children’s development
• Support children’s personal care needs
• Maintain a clean and welcoming nursery
• Collaborate with the nursery team on learning activities
• Attend staff meetings regularly

Requirements

• Clear DBS check required
• GCSE grades A*-C or 4-9 in Maths and English
• Passion for working with children
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a team

Location & Schedule

The Meadows - Cheeky Chimps Childcare is open Monday to Friday, 07:30-18:00. Work hours range from 30-40 hours per week.
