About the Role

Join Swift ACI as a Level 3 Childcare Apprentice and kickstart your career in early years education. This 13–14 month apprenticeship allows you to earn while you learn, gaining valuable experience and a nationally recognized qualification.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of childcare provision.
• Provide engaging activities for children's learning.
• Collaborate effectively with nursery teams.
• Prepare and maintain resources for children.
• Encourage children's learning and development.

Compensation

Salary is based on the National Apprenticeship Wage.

Location & Schedule

30-40 hours per week across various nurseries in the region.
