About the Role

As a Childcare Assistant Apprentice, you will support a childminder in a nurturing environment, focusing on children's daily needs and educational activities. This role offers hands-on experience in child development, ensuring a safe space for children to learn and grow while gaining valuable skills in early years care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children in a safe, nurturing environment.
• Assist with daily routines like feeding and dressing.
• Monitor children's behavior and report issues.
• Prepare meals and maintain a clean environment.
• Communicate with parents about their child's activities.

Location & Schedule

Work is based at 65 Oakfield Road, Croydon, CR0 2UX, for 30 hours a week, Monday to Friday during term time.
