About the Role

-Provide Effective Leadership and Communication - -Delivery of Effective Health care within the organisation -Clinical

Governance , Reduction of Risk, Audit, and Research 1.1 To improve patient experience, quality and efficiency of service

in the acute paediatric setting by focusing on CYP with mental health issues that can complicate their care and

discharge. 1.2 To support staff within the units to appropriately risk assess, plan and deliver care and support the

pathway of children and young people with mental health conditions within the acute Trust. 1.3 To ensure the nursing

care delivered to CYP with mental and physical health needs is of high quality, research based and is patient and family
