Children and Young People Residential Team Leader

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Team Leader to join our Residential Care Team and work closely with the

Residential Services Manager. This role will require you to support children and young people for short breaks and

respite.You will lead and supervise a team of residential support workers - managing the delivery of care and preparing

detailed care plans and ensuring that they meet the individual needs of the service users.Benefits and bonuses:As a part
