About the Role
Would you like to work as part of a dedicated Children in Care team within the wider 0-19 Service?
You would be responsible for assessing, planning and implementing holistic health care plans. This care may be delivered
in schools, homes, clinics and other appropriate settings.
You would be undertaking statutory health assessments and promoting the health and wellbeing of children and young
people.
