About the Role
We are an innovative team dedicated to promoting the health and wellbeing of the Children in Care in the Tees Valley
area. To be an effective children in care nurse; you will need excellent communication skills and a passion for public
health, alongside good organisational skills, flexibility to meet the needs of the service, and ability to travel
independently to meet service delivery which includes:- Gathering information from the childs clinical record to assess
and analyse risk and where appropriate; sharing proportionate information at safeguarding meetings, ensuring signposting
to other relevant health services. Using good communication skills, share sensitive information appropriately with the
