Children Residential Support Worker

About the Role

We are currently looking for caring and resilient Support Workers to join our therapeutic residential children’s homes

in Cannock. Our homes provide a safe, stable, and nurturing environment for children and young people with emotional and

behavioural needs.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping young people feel safe, supported, and heard. You’ll build

trusting relationships, provide day-to-day care, and support the young people with routines, education, activities, and

emotional well-being. Working as part of a consistent and child-focused team, your presence and care will help promote
