About the Role

We are looking for committed, reliable, and mature individuals to join our team. You will provide 1:1 support to children with complex needs, including tube feeding, tracheostomy care, and other medical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with children under supervision for the first 12 weeks.
• Shadow a nurse or manager during initial induction.
• Support children with complex medical needs and learning disabilities.
• Follow care plans and maintain clear communication with the team.
• Be a proactive, flexible, and supportive team member.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK.
• Strong communication skills and understanding of care terminology.
• Committed and mature, able to work as a team player.

Location & Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week, including day, night, and occasional sleep-in shifts.
